有時經 FlyAsia 去申請特定的信用卡的話，你會有讀者優惠，會比經官網直接申請多出 HK$100-1,000 不等的超市禮券，而這些禮券有時是會以 HKTVmall 電子禮券（Gift Card）的形式寄出。
這篇教學要做的就是教你如何兌換相關的電子禮券，讓你在 HKTVmall 購物時可以折抵消費。
什麼是 HKTVmall 電子禮券？
經 FlyAsia 成功申請特定信用卡、銀行戶口就能在基本的迎新優惠之外，額外獲得 HKTVmall 電子禮券作為讀者優惠！HKTVmall 電子禮券通常是一組由 10 位英文字母與數字組成的文字。
有別於優惠碼，要使用 HKTVmall 電子禮券的話，我們並不是直接在結賬時輸入，而是要先進行兌換的手續後才能用到相關的電子禮券。

如何兌換 HKTVmall 電子禮券？
我會用桌面版的 HKTVmall 網站去兌換電子禮券，因為兌換的手續有點繁複，用電腦處理會比較方便。

要留意一點，因為 HKTVmall 的系統是有大細階之分的，所以如果你的禮券是 ABCDE12345 的話，請不要貪方便地輸入 abcde12345（我自己就是貪方便而撞了好幾次板。）
如何使用 HKTVmall 電子禮券？
要使用電子禮券的話，我們就只需要如常購物就可以了，我們會在結賬的頁面裡找到使用禮券去抵消簽賬的選項。

需要留意一點，如果訂單的金額是少於電子禮券的面額的話，那麼電子禮券的餘額並不會退還。換個說法，如果今天我要在 HKTVmall 買價值 HK$500 的貨物，我手上有 3 張 HK$200 電子禮券的話，我就只會選擇用掉 2 張 HK$200 現金券並以信用卡繳付餘下的 HK$100；而不會用 3 張 HK$200 的電子現金券，因為這樣就會浪費了 HK$100！
然後？然後就是等 HKTVmall 送貨就可以啦！

HKTVmall 電子禮券可以在哪裡使用？
HKTVmall 電子禮券可以在 hktvmall.com 網站或 HKTVmall APP 裡使用，但就不能在 HKTVmall O2O 店（實體店）內使用。
HKTVmall 電子禮券有效為有多長？
由兌換當刻計，HKTVmall 電子券的有效期為 1 年。
HKTVmall 禮券可以用來支付運費嗎？
不能，它就只能用來抵消貨品的價格。
HKTVmall 禮券有設找贖嗎？
沒有。假設我用一張 HK$1,000 的 HKTVmall 禮券去買 HK$800 的貨物的話，剩下的 HK$200 會自動作廢。

- You must log in to HKTVmall account to redeem the HKTVmall vouchers.
- This e-Gift voucher can only be used for online purchase at HKTVmall through its website (www.hktvmall.com.hk) or mobile applications. (This e-Gift voucher cannot be used for In-store purchase at HKTVmall O2O shops)
- The redemption code can only redeem the assigned quantity and amount of HKTVmall vouchers.
- The redemption code can only be redeemed once.
- Once the redemption code is redeemed successfully, the HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers will be sent into your account and it cannot be transferred to other accounts.
- This e-Gift voucher cannot be used to purchase HKTVmall e-Gift voucher.
- The redemption code/ e-Gift voucher cannot be exchanged to cash or Mall Dollar cash rebate.
- The redemption code cannot be used to settle any delivery charges and/ or extra charges arising from merchant delivery.
- No refund or exchange for Mall Dollar will be made for any unused balance of the e-Gift voucher.
- Maximum of 10 e-Gift vouchers can be used in each order.
